GREEN BEAN AND GROUND BEEF STIR FRY

If you struggle with ideas of what to have for dinner sometimes, this green bean with ground beef stir fry would be a quick and easy recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound ground beef

  • 4 oz green beans trimmed and cut into small pieces

  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • 1/4 tbsp red pepper flakes

  • Fresh ginger grated

  • 2 cloves garlic minced

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

  • Fresh rosemary

  • Fresh cilantro chopped

For the Marinade

  • 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce

  • 2 cloves garlic finely minced or grated

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tbsp ginger root grated

Directions

  • Step 1: Whisk together all ingredients for the marinade. Place ground beef in a dish, pour marinade over beef, stir to combine fully. Set aside for 30 minutes.

  • Step 2: Heat a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add one tbsp of oil. Cook the green beans, stirring until starting to blister. Add in ginger, garlic, red pepper flakes, cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Remove from pan and reserve on a plate.

  • Step 3: Add ground beef, cook until browned.

  • Step 4: Add green beans back to the pan, stir to combine, continue cooking until excess moisture has evaporated.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle with rosemary & cilantro,
