GOLDEN MILK RECIPE
Anti-inflammatory golden milk is your bedtime go-to. Studies have found that turmeric can protect against oxidative damage and sleep deprivation. A cup of golden milk at night can be especially beneficial for people who get restless during sleep. It can help you have a restful sleep. People whose sleep breaks multiples times for using the bathroom can also benefit by drinking a cup of turmeric milk at bedtime. NOTE: Stay away from added sugars avoiding any blood sugar spikes.

Ingredients
1 cup oat milk (or your preferred milk)
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
Step 1: Add the milk to a small saucepan over low heat. Add turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
Step 2: Bring the mixture to a simmer, but do not boil. Allow simmering for 5-10 minutes, occasionally whisking, until smooth and hot.
Step 3: Remove the saucepan from the heat, pour it into a cup, and enjoy.
