CHICKEN WINGS WITH BROCCOLI

This is a really easy-to-make crowd-pleaser. These tender chicken wings are made in an air fryer served with organic broccoli; they make for a great weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 Ibs chicken wings

  • 1 lb broccoli, chopped

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp cooking wine

  • 2 tbsp curry powder

  • 2 tsp ground ginger

  • 2 tsp ground garlic

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp ground black pepper

  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper


Directions

  • Step 1: Mix olive oil, cooking wine, and spices in a small bowl. Place the chicken wings in a plastic bag and pour in the marinade.

  • Step 2: Give the bag a good shake to cover the wings thoroughly, and let it sit for 30 minutes.

  • Step 3: Preheat on the air fryer, adjust to 380 F, place the chicken wings in the preheated air fryer, cook for 25 minutes.

  • Step 4: Heat the avocado oil in a wok, add the broccoli, stir fry until soften; add curry powder, salt, and pepper for taste.
