We talked about both physical & emotional abandonment, different attachment styles; she also shared some techniques that can help you on their own healing journey. BIO: Fiona is a therapist in hypnotherapy, EFT & Matrix Reimprinting, she teaches meditation and uses reiki in all of her one -on- one sessions. She specializes in the abandonment and attachment issues because this is something she has experienced first-hand and is still evolving in as she lets go of her old traumas and unlearning the conditioning most of us have been given for all of our lives here on Earth.
