As a holistic nutrition and wellness coach, I work one-on-one with private clients via personal coaching sessions over the phone or online conference calls (Zoom meetings/ Google Hangouts/ skype).
I first create an individualized plan specific to your personal goals. Next, I create sessions that focus on education and training to support those goals. I provide you with various tools, self-care modalities and evidence-based strategies.
Coaching sessions are tailored to your needs. I cover a wide variety of health topics, including weight loss, food cravings, stress management, emotional eating, boosting energy, improving mindfulness, building healthy habits, work- life balance and lifestyle changes.
In order to achieve the best outcomes that will lead to long-lasting results, it is recommended that you commit to multiple sessions, lasting from a few weeks to a few months. I offer three different coaching packages listed below.
