The super fast beef stir fry everyone requests is so easy to make, pair with sauteed broccolini and garlic, serve this over rice of your choice, perfectly seasoned with fresh basil and black sesame. It’s delicious and healthy.

Prep: 30 mins


  • 1/2 pounds grass-fed beef stir fry

  • 2 bunches broccolini

  • 1 tsp ground ginger

  • 1 tsp ground turmeric

  • 1 tsp rosemary

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 2 tbsp avocado oil

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp black sesame

  • 1 cup fresh basil chopped

  • 2 tsp ground garlic

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp chili pepper


  • Step 1: In a large pot, bring 5 cups of water and the salt to a boil. Remove and discard the bottom third of the broccolini stems. When the water comes to a full boil, add the broccolini, return to a boil, and cook over high heat for 2 minutes, until the stalks are crisp tender. Drain and immediately immerse the broccolini in a large bowl filled with ice water to stop the cooking. Drain in a colander and set aside. Heat the oil in a saute pan. Add the garlic and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the broccolini and stir until heated through.

  • Step 2: In a medium bowl, toss together the beef, soy sauce, turmeric, ginger, black pepper and rosemary. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. stir in the beef, cook for 5 minutes.

  • Step 3: Serve the beef and broccolini over bowls of rice of your choice. Top with plenty of fresh basil and black sesame.
