Most of you are probably already tried this, but it is still one of my favorites, healthy, simple, easy to make, AND so delicious.

Prep: 25 mins


  • Organic brussels sprouts trimmed and halved

  • Avocado oil spray

  • Kosher salt

  • Black pepper

  • Chilli pepper


  • Step 1: Place a rack in the upper third of your oven and preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Place the Brussels sprouts and carrots in the center of a large rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with the oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and any other desired spice additions. Gently mix until the Brussels sprouts and carrots are evenly coated, then spread them into a single layer on the baking sheet.

  • Step 2: Bake for 17-20 minutes, then remove from the oven. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy immediately or at room temperature.
