HOW TO MAKE SALAD ROLLS WITH RICE PAPER

These salad rolls are so delicious and healthy, it becomes my favorite breakfast. It contains colorful veggies, healthy protein and fats, perfect meal to break your fast. Besides, it is so easy to make, I make these salad rolls the day before, leave it in the refrigerator overnight, ready to eat in the morning for breakfast. You can pair this with peanut sauce, but my favorite is olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

I also love the red rice paper ( made of rice flour and beetroots powder). How fun!
