Recently I just found out that I am sensitive to dairy products and also almonds. I have been using mostly oat milk for my coffee; then I discovered hemp seeds milk; I'm in love with it now since it is delicious and super easy to make at home.

Hemp seeds, also known as hemp hearts, are the seeds of the hemp plant, aka Cannabis sativa, which they press to make hemp oil.

In case you are wondering, we won’t be getting high from hemp seeds as they do not contain THC (tetrahydrocannabinol); instead, we can benefit from all their nutrients which include: a perfect Protein Source containing all 20 amino acids + 9 of the essential amino acids our bodies can not produce; rich in GLA (gamma-linoleic acid) – essential Omega-6 fatty acid; high in fiber; help with weight -loss; high in Omega 3 fats; cancer-fighting properties; promote healthy hair, skin & nails; anti-inflammatory.
