Who wants some? 😊 Healthy frozen yogurt snack. Perfect for hot summer.

Prep:5 mins


  • 1 cup of yogurt of your choice

  • 1 tsp of honey (or without);

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

  • ¼ cup of seeds of your choice

  • ¼ cup of dark chocolate chips


Mix everything in a bowl, pour it on a small baking pan (covered with parchment paper). Please leave it in the freezer for 30 min or longer till it is frozen.

Cut it into small pieces, store them in a container in the fridge or freezer for snacks.
