Who wants some? 😊 Healthy frozen yogurt snack. Perfect for hot summer.
1 cup of yogurt of your choice
1 tsp of honey (or without);
1 tsp of cinnamon
¼ cup of seeds of your choice
¼ cup of dark chocolate chips
Mix everything in a bowl, pour it on a small baking pan (covered with parchment paper). Please leave it in the freezer for 30 min or longer till it is frozen.
Cut it into small pieces, store them in a container in the fridge or freezer for snacks.
