HEALTHY EGG BREAKFAST WITH ALMOND TORTILLA

Almond tortilla is a great alternative especially for people who are sensitive to grains and gluten. This recipe is a little different since I didn't make wraps, instead, I heated the tortilla in a pan for a few minutes and it became crispy, paired with scrambled eggs, stir-fried spinach and cherry tomatoes, it was a delicious breakfast.






Prep: 10 mins

Severing: 1


Ingredients

  • 2 organic eggs

  • 1 c. spinach

  • 1 c. organic cherry tomatoes

  • capers, nutrition yeast, sea salt

Directions

  • Step 1: Make scrambled eggs and stir-fried veggies.

  • Step 2: Heat the tortilla in a pan for a few minutiae till it is crispy.

  • Step 3: Serve and enjoy. :)

The almond tortilla looks good. Where can I purchase the flour? Is there a specific brand?
