GRASS-FED WHEY SMOOTHIE

Delicious grass-fed whey smoothie loaded with protein, healthy fats, and lots of other nutrients. It is anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory, an excellent option for breakfast or even lunch /dinner if you are tired of your regular ideas.

Ingredients

  • One scoop of grass-fed whey protein

  • 1 cup of organic spinach

  • 1/2 cup of organic mixed berries

  • 1 tbsp of flax seeds

  • Fresh ginger shoot

  • Fresh turmeric shoot

  • 1.5 cups of your favorite milk

  • Black pepper


Directions

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
