Ingredients
One scoop of grass-fed whey protein
1 cup of organic spinach
1/2 cup of organic mixed berries
1 tbsp of flax seeds
Fresh ginger shoot
Fresh turmeric shoot
1.5 cups of your favorite milk
Black pepper

In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
