DELICIOUS BANANA BREAD

One of the best ways to use overripe bananas is to make banana bread with them. This banana bread is so easy to make, it is soft, moist, tender and packed full of flavor!

Ingredients

  • 2 Ripe Bananas

  • 1 cup buckwheat

  • 1 cup oats

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 Oat Milk

  • 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil

  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon


Directions

  • Step 1: Reheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray

  • Step 2: In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until completely smooth. Stir the olive oil and milk into the mashed bananas.

  • Step 3: Mix in the baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Stir in the beaten egg. Mix in the flour and oats.

  • Step 4: Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour at 350°F (175°C).

  • Step 5: Remove from oven and let cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then remove the banana bread from the pan and let cool completely before serving. Slice and serve.
