Acai bowls are the perfect healthy breakfast, lunch, or snack to fuel your day, especially in summer. Some studies show that acai fruit pulp is richer in antioxidants than cranberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, or blueberries. The average Acai Bowl is filled with antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, fiber, protein, and healthy fats. Acai berries also have a unique nutritional profile for a fruit — they are low in sugar and higher in healthy fats.

1 packet organic frozen acai berry packet
1/2 c. oat milk
1/2 c. frozen banana slices
1/2 c. frozen strawberries
1/2 c. frozen blueberries
Toppings: fresh organic kiwis, strawberries, blueberries, sliced almonds & 1/2 tbsp hempseed
Add the acai berry packet, oat milk, frozen banana, strawberries, and blueberries to a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a large bowl.
Top the bowl with fresh strawberries, blueberries, kiwis, sliced almonds & hempseed.
Serve and enjoy!
