CASTELVETRANO OLIVES and CHERRY TOMATOES
There are many different olives, some“green,” some are “black.” Among these options, I believe Castelvetrano olives are the best-tasting olive in the world. These green Italian olives hail from Sicily; they have a crisp feel and a crunchy texture. The inner flesh is medium-soft, and it has a buttery feel reminiscent of an avocado.
Castelvetrano olives are a good source of fat-soluble vitamin E, a rich source of phenolic compounds. They provide a significant source of dietary fat, a source of probiotics fat, and polyphenol content.
This castelvetrano olive cherry tomato is so delicious; it becomes one of my favorite snacks these days.

3/4 cup Castelvetrano olives
1 cup fresh organic cherry tomatoes
3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp organic rosemary crushed
Directions
Place the ingredients in a large dish, mix it thoroughly and serve.
