Super smoothie, my favorite breakfast. 😋

Prep: 10 mins


  • 1 1/2 c. power greens;

  • 1/2 c. organic blueberries;

  • 1/3 c. pineapples

  • Half fresh lemon

  • Half avocado

  • One tbsp flaxseeds

  • One small piece of fresh ginger and fresh turmeric

  • Black pepper

  • 1 ½ c. coconut water (or still water if you want to avoid sugar)


  • Toss leafy greens into a blender.

  • Add water and blend until all leafy chunks are gone.

  • Add pineapples, berries, flaxseeds, ginger, turmeric, avocado, lemon & black pepper, blend again until smooth.

  • Pour into a mason jar or your favorite cup and enjoy :)
