Super smoothie, my favorite breakfast. 😋
Prep: 10 mins
1 1/2 c. power greens;
1/2 c. organic blueberries;
1/3 c. pineapples
Half fresh lemon
One tbsp flaxseeds
One small piece of fresh ginger and fresh turmeric
1 ½ c. coconut water (or still water if you want to avoid sugar)
Toss leafy greens into a blender.
Add water and blend until all leafy chunks are gone.
Add pineapples, berries, flaxseeds, ginger, turmeric, avocado, lemon & black pepper, blend again until smooth.
Pour into a mason jar or your favorite cup and enjoy :)
