BONE BROTH LATTE

Drinking bone broth daily can help support joint, skin and gut health while also providing many important vitamins, minerals and amino acids. This latte recipe is incredibly easy to make. It is also versatile, you can DIY it, use your favorite spices and milk.

Ingredients

  • One cup bone broth

  • Oat milk or milk of your choice

  • Sea salt

  • Cinnamon

Directions


Step 1: Heat bone broth over medium heat.

Step 2: Add oat milk and a pinch of sea salt into the broth mixture, stirring until combined.

Step 3: Pour it into a mug, top with cinnamon. Enjoy!
